Dr. Dow serves as the Manager of Organizational and Spiritual Life with Karis Disability Services, a nonprofit charitable organization working with people with intellectual disabilities in Canada and around the world. He completed his PhD in Theology through Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2019 under the supervision of Hans Reinders and Thomas E. Reynolds.
